Resume & Portfolio

I’m an avid entrepreneur at heart, starting several business initiatives while in high school. I’m also a servant leader, taking an active involvement in my community and spearheading local projects. I’ve also consistently been an academic topper, receiving school recognition and awards for my grades.

Business Experience

At the age of 14, I decided I wanted to apply my theoretical business knowledge into the real world, and so in the summer of 2015, I started my own online graphic design business. Over the years, I’ve managed to scale my business up and have now helped over 60 clients from 15 countries unlock their business's potential through powerful branding.
I was scouted by the e-commerce manager of Majid Al Futtaim, and despite being the youngest candidate they have ever considered at only 17 years of age, I was selected as an intern amongst all other applicants. For three months I was tasked in monitoring and evaluating the performance of several key brands such as; Magic Planet, Ski Dubai, American Girl, Orbi, and Little Explorers. I also aided in the planning and execution of business strategies and campaigns. During my stay I have accomplished several things, most notably: creating the graphics of an American Girl campaign that may be displayed in billboards, designing several key pages in the new Ski Dubai app and website, and personally handling the correspondence that led to a direct deal of AED 500,000.
I pitched an online business idea to a panel of industry experts complete with financial models, branding assets, and marketing strategies. My business proposal won both the first place prize as well as the audience choice award, entitling me to seed money from investors as well as training and mentorship from business expert, Robert Mayne.

Leadership Experience

I was elected as student council president for two years in a row. Tasked in managing and leading the entire student council to serve our school of over 4000 students, I oversaw the planning and execution of all student-led activities. More than just supervising clubs and organizations, or launching events, projects, and charities, I was also in charge of strengthening and fostering an inclusive and diverse student atmosphere.
I was nominated and selected to participate in the GEMS Honours Programme, a distinctive and exclusive programme limited to only 15 open seats across the entire UAE. Certified by GEMS Education, the curriculum prepares a select group of motivated, more-able, high-functioning students in upper high school to be leaders, critical thinkers, innovators, and inter-disciplinary problem solvers.
I founded Made For Excellence: a motivational, self-development website and blog aimed at empowering ordinary people to live extraordinary lives. My articles have caught the attention of established writers and thought leaders such as Vincent Nguyen (SelfStairway.com) and Laurie Seymour (Huffington Post writer, TheBacaJourney.com) among many others.
